Before each of your live feedback sessions, you submit videos and/or pictures, depending on your assignment. During the one-hour interactive session on Zoom, our master chef offers you personalized feedback and pro tips based on the materials submitted. You potentially perform the techniques during the session following our master chef’s advice.

One of our master chefs, Mr. Takahashi, worked in a most-renowned kaiseki restaurant in Japan for 15 years and then in several other different restaurants to master a variety of Japanese cuisine (such as sushi, yakitori, and more). 

Later, after serving as a popular sushi instructor at Tokyo Sushi Academy for four years, he has been giving lessons and producing online content at our academy today. We have prepared our original, educational content tailored and structured by experienced chefs like him.

Generally, it is a privilege to have a one-on-one session with a master chef for one hour in real life. Even if you are at the sushi chef school in Japan or speak the language, the odds of getting feedback from master chefs are very low.

However, the academy has enabled you to take the live sessions as if your master chef teacher was teaching right next to you throughout the hour.
